I just want to say that I appreciate you providing this kind of information. I thought his address covered some very needed things to be addressed, but of course he does not disclose the true amount this will cost, or address the fact that nothing in the bill provides for imigrants to provide proof of citizenship. One question that I have is where is the Republician answer to the health care problems that we have with regard to communities paying for the emergency room expenses for people that don't have health insurance. And also the issue that insurance companies can get away with not covering someone who has a preexisting condition, or letting someone off the rolls just because they got a castrophic disease. I can see that the president is pollorazing the image of republicians in his talks, and making them look like their just not part of the solution. I think or I hope most people see through that. Anyway, I would still like to see what the Republicians have propossed.

I've been trying to understand this for several months now, watching it on Fox News has cleared up some of the hidden information that is being held back by the Majority leadership and Obama. I'm an average 60 year old working man trying to give my family the best opportunities (College Ed., hard working, and Christian values), I earned a degree from a major University in South Carolina, and consider myself a fairly intelligent man. I feel like these leaders are trying to force me to make decisions as though I don't know anything about what my family needs are in support of them and that it really doesn't matter anyway what or how I feel about what's happening to our Great Country. My dad 88 years old gave them the right to be free and to make their own decision when he fought during WWII in France, a disabled veteran losing his right leg at the age of 19, but now being told its a previlage to be in a veterans hospital, but he needs to consider his life cycle, that really upsets me to no end! This is very troubling and depressing to hear that the only thing that matters is "WHAT THEY WANT AND WHAT WILL BETTER BENEFIT THEIR OWN AGENDA". I'm tried of being told that the people that don't have jobs or health insurance needs our help, and that it's our responsibility to provide this for them. Well, my responsibility is to my family, and I'm making 20K less that 10 years ago, but I still carry health and dental insurance although its costing me about $7,000 a year, because I know my doctor's and they are keeping my family healthy and things matter to them. What get me is I know some of the people that they are referring to, and most of them make just about as much money that I do, but they elected not to have insurance, because they know that what is being decided today in Washington will let them life a lifestyle that is beyond their needs. I'm tired of worrying about it, because I know that I'm not the only one that feels this way, my circle of people (friend, associates, and family) are against whats happening to our freedom as well as our ability to make good decisions and take the directions we need to for the next election. I'm sorry for rambling on so, but this helped me get some of the fustration of my chest. Thanks for being our representative and please fight to the end against whats going on in Washington, don't let them destroy our Great Country!
